It's quite slow loading emails in focused like 3 or 4s before it was faster. Either cache is gone or based on my experience as a software developer something is crashing and the try is taking too much.

Since the last update (the one with the dark mode) the app needs a long time to load. That occurs on two different devices - a medium class Samsung with Android 8 and a very strong Huawei with Android 9.

Messages do not appear immediately when opening the app
I don't think it is very helpful when any issue related to performance is dismissed, asking to contact support. Slowness of the App is an important issue and should be addressed with a better explanation that makes the user feel comfortable that you are aware of it and doing something about it.

app takes too long to do just about anything: start up, responding to taps and scrolla, switching folders, etc

the "load more emails" message is displayed but not a single email is displayed. then some ancient emails are displayed and after a minute, the most recent emails appear. please speed the process up.

Outlook on Android is extremely slow to load content. My device frequently goes to sleep mode before message headers are displayed.
