leave emails as indivdual responses. really dislike the merged emails. so hard to know if people have replied.

why do you make outlook so complicated? who wants complicated? nobody. just send the **** emails in the order they arrive and let me do the **** filing if I want to.

this grouping of emails is badly designed. when I click on an another than the very first email, I will be showed first the old original. hard to find the new one; lots of scrolling needed, but apparently you can scroll in more than one direction. very often, I cannot find the new email.

don't merge different communications only because the subject is the same
leave each email as an individual email.

Do not group emails from different accounts together. Most people prefer there work and personal emails separate. Its nice to be able to access different accounts in one app but its more practical for the accounts to be kept separate. Below is a link with more details.
