leave emails as indivdual responses. really dislike the merged emails. so hard to know if people have replied.

Conversation or Thread view can be disabled in our app. To do so, please go to your App Settings page, scroll down to Organize Mail by Thread then toggle it OFF.

difficult to look for individual emails...when forwarding difficult to see what would the person get (entire email chain or just a select email)

Outlook has got a but too clever of late. Keep it simple and easy to use. Don't clutter with too many things we don't need
