leave emails as indivdual responses. really dislike the merged emails. so hard to know if people have replied.

I really have quit using Outlook. I only use it when I have to because it is an awful product. I use all my other e-mail programs, and if it wasn't part of Office 365 I would have deleted it. My other e-mail programs have formatting options and play better with other products than Outlook. I cannot fathom why Microsoft so neutered Outlook. At least the problem of e-mails not being sent and requiring me to reenter passwords before NOT sending e-mails may have resolved, and I may try it again one day. Right now my basic e-mail programs are more feature rich and never give me any problems like MS does.
That's apparently not true in the Outlook Web Client.
The instructions say the below, but "Off" is not an option for me. Only the other two options exist.
To view messages individually:
Select Settings Settings .
Under Conversation view, select Off.
Conversation view toggles in Outlook on the web

There is no such way to do this on my android phone. Your e-mail is basically useless in the format you currently employ. Stop running e-mails together.

Thanks for the answer, but it does not solve the request.
I for example like to have emails grouped as a thread to be able to refer to the mails history.
BUT i still want to be able to operate on single mails (read/unread, flag or even just select). this is hard to do on the app. Windows Mail or Outlook.com do it much more efficient. Please integrate that in Outlook Mobile!
Unfortunately there is not such an option. The Organize Mail option mentioned is not out there. Outlook as it comes is simply a mess: why do you bother us with such computer programs? Do not call them Apps, it is not awesome or helpful, just make them simple and working properly...

“Closed” ? “Completed” ? Means what?
Outlook has made a decision to do nothing?
Outlook will not be able to listen to any more complaints about merged mail?
Outlook doesn’t really care what more than 1,000 users said.

14K votes and you are saying it is complete? I understand it as threaded with individual emails, like Outlook on the Desktop or Windows 10 Mail. Rather than the mess it is.

simplify. you try to include too many features.

Hard to find a particular email since all mails merge together. Keep it date wise

the multiple emails wastes my time.
it is very confusing, can't tell if these emails related to same subject, or just load all emails from same sender

I nearly suffered a heart attack, quite literally, seeing a merged thread email and believing that an internal memo had been seen by a client.

i Luke to see Emails in Conversations, but the view in outlook for android is a mess. sometimes I search for a single email and I never find it back.
