automatically discard draft messages that are empty.
When someone mistakenly begins a new draft and they cancel the message, delete the draft if it's empty. Don't force the user to notice the little notification to delete it. This is just following the 80-20 rule here. Make the common use cases easier.

I prefer a simpler version of Outlook. Too many things have been added to make it simpler which only makes it more difficult

The Android 'back' key and Outlook 'reply' button are right next to each other, so it's easy to press reply when you didn't mean it. You then find you end up with a blank draft message as you try to extricate yourself

thanks. I suggest you show on the app how many unread emails there are.

your reply arrow is right above the back arrow on my screen and I press it instead of the back arrow because it is brighter than the back arrow. then I end up with twenty unintended drafts.

I have a tag listed as if I have one draft but yet there is no draft. I believe this happened because I selected a draft to create but did not put any data in there, now I cannot get rid of this false indicator. Make the software so it will create or clear appropriate data. thanks!

Bug: When scrolling through a message, the reply function pops up unintentionally all the time. Erroneous drafts keep adding up, because there's no prompt to keep or discard the bug-generated useless drafts.

Touching eg reply shows up a message window. Simply pressing the left arrow at the top goes back to the inbox, for example, but there will be also a draft msg created. May be either those drafts without any new content should be deleted, or, if going back, a pop-up is fine, asking how to proceed(keep draft, delete draft).

Many a times on trying to hit the back button I end up hitting the reply button that initiates a reply. However, when I click back from this it saves the reply in draft. Discarding the draft requires another two clicks which is annoying.
Please make sure that replies to which no text has been added does not get saved in drafts.

Provide a way to discard an email without creating a draft

I'm always hitting the "reply" button accidentally because my phone has a curved screen (Galaxy S8) and the reply button is right in the corner. When I instinctively hit "back," I'm given about 3 seconds to hit "permanently delete" and if I'm not quick enough, I end up with a blank email cluttering up my drafts folder. After a while they start to pile up. There is no need to automatically save a draft of an email which I haven't written anything in.

1) provide option to discard a message being composed/fwd/replied. 2) replies/fwds through app don't show as conversation in outlook desktop
