syncing failed when Chinese/Japanese and Korean names are in outlook contact.
I've been reporting this malfunction for almost a year. Yet, there's still no signs that your team is working on this critical issue for Chinese/Japanese and Korean people.
It's a common knowledge that we sort names by their last name e.g. family name. Many people use outlook sync their mobile phone contacts in order to make safely backups. However, not only the display order inside outlook app is reversed. When syncing contacts info into system contact, the names are also reversed ---- All first names are in the 'last name' textbox in system built-in contact app. Heavy sigh!
Therefore, without the support of Asian names, we have to use the system built-in mail app create a exchange protocol link with outlook server in order to sync our contacts correctly. Which will drain more battery of the phone -- and inconvenient when setup exchange protocol, especially when two-factor authentication is enabled.
So, take serious with this problem. Because is a problem which will influence a billion people.

If you search for and add recipients by typing Hangul(Korean), the first name you entered when searching for the second recipient remains.
We have about 5,000 people using the Office 365 service, and hope to resolve it quickly.
