make it the same as in Windows 10 Mobile
I loved the way it looked and behaved in Win 10 Mobile: pinning Calendar separately from email, separate tiles for email accounts, counter on tile for new emails, separate settings for each email account (syncing frequency, sound notifications).

When I open an email sometimes I want to go through my Sent items as well. I want that we should get to open multiple windows. 1 would be looking into an email to reply and other to check my sent items.

windows and all its programs were optimal at windows 95 up to windows XP. since then microsoft has gone down hill, trying to add gimmicks to try and excite spangle consumers.
Make windows and its programs back to how they were in 95 / xp but so they are compatable with new technology etc.
Microsoft were very good back in the day, then they started making pointless changes and apple took over, if its not broke, DONT FIX IT!!!!

In the Windows 10 app, there is a very useful option to restrict the amount of information to download, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 1 year, etc.
In mobile apps, this is not exactly a good idea to download all because we have limited space.

3 things: it would be awesome to synchronize outlook’ JOURNAL to MyPhone windows 10 app. Second, It. Would be great to be able to have access to voicemail in « myphoneapp to change it daily and check voice messages/put it in Outlook journal. Finally, It would be great to have the same features as the android phone but with IOS Iphone for Microsoft 10 My Phone app.

In Win10 mail IMAP accounts, sent emails are copied to Sent Items in the server's root folder, and this can't be changed. This folder is inaccessible in Android Outlook because it isn't below /Inbox, so in Android Outlook I can't see items sent in Windows Mail. Why not make these two apps compatible with each other?

I dislike the rounded UX everywhere tend. This is making me actively dislike using these products. If I wanted material design, I would have used Google's built-in offerings to begin with.

I'm a Windows 10 mobile user moving to Android. I found the way using outlook is less effective in Android than the native outlook under Windows 10 mobile platform, in particular how email chains are presented. In addition, I also find it not possible to initiate a Skype meeting via the calendar entry.

Outlook for Windows 10 Mobile is better than for Android. You can write with more fonts, bold characters, image as attachment, you can use HTML automatic signature, ...

Coming Fron a "native" Microsoft environment with Exchange and Windows Phone, I am missing a lot of functionality in Android Outlook - Exchange

Outlook NEEDS TO BE CONSISTANT irrespective of the platform. It's to confusing having all my Windows devices put the newest email at the top where only my Android tablet displays the newest items at the bottom. At the very LEAST this should at least be made an option as I can't see the point of the newest emails being at the bottom.

I don't understand why when I'm replying in a thread it's upside down my first message is at the top and the most recent at the bottom. It isn't like this on the desktop and it wasn't like this on Windowa phone and it feels counter intuitive.

I think that people who choose to use Outlook for android do that because they also use Outlook on their pc/mac, and because some like me who have had to transfer from Windows phone. Hence having completely different UI and UX is very confusing and has a big impact on productivity. please make outlook on Android UI and UX aligned with the other Outlook versions.

Pull out the calendar and let it stand alone on my screen with my appointments visible on the tile and text on the lock screen. Fix flow so there is a lot more flow and less potholes when syncing Google calendar with Outlook. Come calendar. The list is long so just start with giving Outlook for Android the same functionality as on Windows Mobile 10.

I liked the Windows Mobile Version very much. In this App I am missing many simple but important features like week view in calendar, week numbers, sync options per Account, etc. Please implement these features in the Android version.
