Contacts sync
Some thoughts on contacts:
(a) add photo sync,
(b) add contacts edit,
(c) add search in Active Directory GAL in Android's defauls contacts app (you have one in app itself and it's more powerful, then the one in TypeApp, for example).

Ability to Manually AND automatically group contacts. If I create a group for a specific job description, it should sync to the Desktop People App. I should be able to create, edit and manage groups both here and on PC.

Currently, email groups I have created on the web app do not appear on the mobile app or on the Windows mail app, so would like to have that feature created.
