clearly label "reply", "forward" etc instead of unmarked arrows.

and move the reply button up to top of screen to reduce the amount of drafts created every day

I have clicked Reply instead of Back SO MANY TIMES!
Also, just to rub it in, it saves a draft every time, empty as it is

I have no idea if I am forwarding, or replying. Also once opened & a dialogue going, difficult to go back to part of the conversation.

yes! we are forced to interact with so many species of GUI on various platforms . . . arrows are too 'in the eye of the beholder'. what's wrong with 'SND' 'FWD' etc?

Totally agree the amount of time wasted to try and figure out which one replys is a pain especially when it then trys to forward the email because you've clicked the wrong arrow :/

Also for some reason my outlook app doesn't show how many emails there are beside the icon so only know how many there are when I open the app.
