Contacts on Android and/or Google, as both are much more powerful. E. G. Outlook has no Groups and does not even know about distribution lists.

Agreed. Contacts sync is currently only one way: from server to phone. Changes to contacts in the phone should sync back to the server.

Please add this feature.. More than 10 friends stopped their outlook usage because we don't have this feature.

make sure you can also sync Company phone (like Mobile/Home phone). I cannot see these contacts other wise
