I have a dark theme on all of my Microsoft products for a good reason. Even my phone has a black background with white letters. Please enable dark colors as in the PC versions.

Our emplees do not like it and working with the Outlook makes them tired. The colors and overall design including providing the customer with choices are disappointing and surprisingly bad ...just really bad. You should hire someone who can relate to basic user needs or if really don't know how to do it then provide a simple guide or tool to customize the layout. We hope this is a temporary issue.
