Folder Hierarchy View
John Burns commented
Folder pane on this version does not slide to reveal more, &
if you have
a hierarchy of Folders,
it doesn't display them as such;
a flat hierarchy, &
we have to
Julian Waldron commented
And as I didn't seem to have any choice in moving to this version, please do it sooner rather than later. It doesn't half mess thing up!
makes this app uncomfortably dumb (pink floyd)
Those of us that organize well seem punished by non-collapsing folders.
Godin, Chris commented
Dark theme is great, but a fundamental function to collapse folders is still missing... please let this be next on the development list.
what I hate most about this app is that I cannot collapse my folders because I have Master folders with subfolders inside each and I have to scroll through 100 folders just to get down to my inbox
Please. it must be simple. once expanded navigation is tedious.
It has been years that users have been asking for this feature which is way more fundamental than cosmetic UX updates that have been pushed over the past couple of years!
Mack Rich commented
having to scroll through dozens of folders is tedious and makes it hard sometimes to find the right folder. having collapsing folders would be very helpful
Kimberly Merritt commented
Please do this. It would make things so much easier than all the scrolling!
Yes this is needed. Not sure why is operates this way in the first place

Ridiculous not having this!
Paul Barkley commented
need this asap please!
Ryan Grade commented
What is the holdup for this feature? currently looking for other apps to switch to until this is addressed!
Nathan Marolf commented
ridiculous this is not a feature
Hope this gets escalated, critical fix
Angelo Castiglione commented
Do it as a priority, it's way over due and a disgrace that it's not a standard feature!
Kunal Ganju commented
desperately need this feature to make the app usable
Oscar Galvez commented
Collapsible folder with a +. Just like the windows folder explorer. I've been requesting this for a few years. MS has failed as usual. Outlook will be forgotten just like Internet Explorer
Clark D'Cunha commented
I can't believe that the collapsed folder structure is not the default setting. The current setup is so impractical for business.
