fix the battery drain
lots of battery drain. outlook is on every list of battery hogging apps.

The Outlook app uses enough power you could market it as a hand warmer. Might work in colder climates but not terribly productive.

stop the app from running 100 percent of the time. other mail apps only run when launched and use less resources.

android 7 system warns me several times a day that outlook uses several percent of my value battery and suggests to set outlook in standby mode. both is annoying. outlook is the only app on my phone android is warning of. Even you tell us you already reduced the battery usage it is still too much.
