update Outlook contacts from phone
I am struggling with contacts update. When I change something on the phone, it somehow reverts to the version on the server instead of incorporating the changes

I noticed that there are different contacts on my phone that are NOT in my contacts list when I get on my computer. The reason I keep getting junk mail is because I can't delete these contacts on my phone!!

most frustrating to have to keep a note of a new address or phone number on paper and wait until I next sit at my laptop to enter it into contacts. Only then, when I sync, does the new info appear on my phone.

enable saving contacts when searching my companies directory directly to my device

when I touch the 'people' tab and type someone's name in the search box there is an option to search my company directory. Once I find who I'm looking for there should be an option to save that person to my phone contacts list
