Get rid of the "Focused" inbox folder. Just stop sorting my inbox unless I tell you to.

you have no idea what are important to me based on wht hits my email. I want all not focused and you should be able to turn off focused permanently - it keeps coming back

just leave it as an inbox or go back to Clutter. let the user decide how to 'focus' their own attention to things via rules.

On top of the Focused mail list Outlook for Android shows a preview of irrelevant mail. This spoils this very useful and unique feature. I propose to use the platform standard to indicate new e-mails, e. g. a badge with a number in the tab.

After adding widgets to my phone's home screen, one for each email account (work and personal accounts), whenever knee doing received new email, both widgets show new email "dots". This means I have to check both accounts to see which account has new mail. Super annoying! After work or on the weekend, I don't have to check my work email... unless I'm using Outlook... it forces me to look! If home screen widgets were entirely separate, each account would show new email dots only when the account associated with it has new email.

I would like each email response to be individual as it is on my desktop outlook and not merged into multiple responses.

We know you can turn it off. How about not turning it on by default? Who asked for this?
