it is impossible to reply or forward to a specific email in a chain of emails.
We have added the ability to reply, forward and delete individual emails within a thread. To do so scroll to email you are wanting to perform one of these actions on>tap on the 3 vertical dots on the upper right corner under the email date> you will then see a pop-up box with the actions available to perform for that email.
If you have any trouble doing so please contact our in-app support team know by going to settings> help & feedback > contact support as we are not able to see replies to this address.
Thank you again for your support, we look forward to hearing more of your ideas very soon.

yes. this is annoying the way it piles up chain of emails instead of keeping them separate.

the email chain feature is not user friendly

This is the worst feature ever. Chain emails are not professional ways of communicating. We rarely have time to check emails and then to have to sort through a conversation in the midst of it all is totally ridiculous

when I open a conversation in which I was the last one active, if I hit reply it send a note to self. it doesn't send to the person whom I'm conversing with, but instead to myself. if i open a conversation and hit reply, I expect to be sending my message to the other party.

Emails are grouped by conversation thread.
1. Other Party emails.
2. I click reply - reply goes to other party
3. I click reply again with an afterthought - the reply is sent to me only.

Make it so that I can reply to or forward any emails in a thread, not just the most recent
