Offer the ability to collapse folders that have sub-folders so that you don't have to scroll through dozens and dozens and dozens of folders. Sometime is quicker to file an email with a scroll then having to type in the name of the folder to file it.

To make it easier to move mail to folders, user should be able to "grab an email, and then have the full folder tree scroll on the left side for a simple drag and drop operation.

Restore the feature that asked you to select and confirm the move to folder. The undo method is of no use if my assumption is that I selected the correct folder in the first place.

When you move an email to particular folder,it should't ask you again an 'ok' to press. Once folder is selected it should finish the task instead of asking to press OK and move back to inbox or the folder from where the email was selected initially.

On Android, I can select a single email and move it to a folder. When I select more than one, the move action is disabled.

When clearing out old email, i still keep them, just put them in appropriate folders to be able to find them later. I select several, gotta click the drop down, gotta select move to folder, pick folder, AND click OK... but if you accidently tap anything other than move, poof gone!... if i am selecting multiple emails, why cant there already be 'trash, spam, move' pop up? then i can just select emails, then move, then where they go... and leave out the OK, bit. So simple, soo much smoother... i feel like all i do is click, and click and click and click, just to do a simple task...
I use Yahoo Mail for my personal stuff. Forced to use this for work. I've had the same email since like 1995 and now i have to use this overly complicated, yet get less done 'exchange' ****...

Here's how to replicate this issue:
1. Explore any folder (let's call it folder X) in your mailbox.
2. Receive an email and tap the email in the notification bar. You can leave the Outlook app for this as long as it's not closed.
2. Try to move the email into folder X. You cannot move it unless you go back to Inbox.Minor issue but annoying, support told me it's "not a feature" :/

Why can't we check multiple emails and move on mobile to a folder? can be done on a PC. Can be done on a laptop.

When moving an item (mail) to a folder I have to select the folder and confirm by tapping a button.
Rather move on selection and provide a easy undo for the few times I move to an unintended folder.

i used to be able to click "move", touch email, and then touch folder and it would move. Now must also confirm the move. stupid.

On the desktop version and other outlook apps like the one offered on the Samsung Galaxy S7, I am able, through the "edit" option, to select multiple emails simultaneously that I can then move to a folder or delete.

Too many times that we ask for the feature "Move To Folder" to have the option to write the name of the FOLDER instead of scrolling down for HOURS looking for the right folder.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.....
I had TOUCHDOWN before this application and it worked great !
But now I do not have it and it is terrible.

When moving email from inbox to a specific account folder allow the user to search. Having to scroll through entire folder and sub folder list takes way too long.
Makes email triage on the go through this app nearly unusable.
