You can currently customize the Swipe feature so that it matches your needs. Head to the Settings > Swipe Options to do so. There, you’ll be able to choose which actions you want the Swipe feature to perform.

Swiping places email into Archive. That makes no sense. Or... OPTIONS are not extensive enough. Real work in the real world.

actually description says only "Mark as readed" and as you use IT IT also van Mark as unreaded

Long press on notification should not only bring up the additional preview but also a button to delete the message.

The current "Swipe" takes me to "Archive" rather than "Trash".

I agree 💯% with the people on this. Microsoft said it is completed but where is the feature in the swipe menu. 😡

As stated above, a lot of times I'll swipe right to mark an email as read and then swipe left to delete it. However the next time I open the app, there's a good chance that there's deleted emails back in my inbox, or more annoyingly, there are messages in the deleted folder that are suddenly "unread"

adding folders to store files is one thing. being able to delete folders that are not needed anymore would be great.
