move the app to SD cards. the app takes up so much memory that I can't download new apps or update my phone.
large app takes up a lot of space.
Still waiting for this. This shouldn't be an "idea" to be voted. We need an option to save the app content in SD Card. Also, please put an option of what do you want to sync in your mobile. For example: The last 30 days only | The last week only | The last year only, etc...

I choose not to install upgrades because my phone's storage space is limited. If I could move this app to my SD card, I would have the storage space necessary for upgrades.

usage of external storage
My app went from using 8GB to 10GB over night! My internal memory can't deal with this. I have 32GB and a 32GB SD card and my internal is maxed out now. I've tried to delete as much as I can but this is ridiculous. I don't even know how it's using so much memory as I try and keep my spam, inbox, deleted items etc empty!

Allowing the ability to push data to an SD card would be of great benefit to me, and many others.
I can do it with Netflix and Spotify without issue, and these are consumer products rather than enterprise...

Many apps allow the app to be off-loaded to an integral micro SD card saving space on the main device. As bloated as Outlook is, this is a critical feature that is needed.
Just stealing from a user below:
> It's 2019. Still no option at all to influence how much storage Outlook uses?
> No option to select which folders to synchronize?
> No option to select the number of days to synchronize?
> No option to store data on the sd card?
> How is it possible that such basic functionality cannot be implemented? Get to work MS!
It's actually unbelievable that one of the largest companies IN THE WORLD hasn't done what every VC-funded startup can do in their second year... :|

separate program and user data in the app... allowing user data to be stored on SD card. n.b. I do not mean saving images in emails.

App takes more and more space, if nothing is done I'll soon have to uninstall it. Please allow data storage on SD Card.

The App Should have the option to have it stored on the sd card so it doesnt take up so much space on my phone

use external SD for outlook data storage to reserve internal storage for apps and increased app performance

many apps don't have this option but are smaller, outlook without all my emails loaded is still pushing 400 mb, please allow it to be transferred to the SD card

app is using more and more memory (625MB currently) and it will grow. Please allow it to be moved to SD card to save memory. Additionally as the other idea is also open if it's already on SD then installation/update should not change it

permit the option as most programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, OneDrive, Lens, etc. Seems very elementary part of any program now

all versions of the outlook app for android are installed in the device memory only and take a lot of internal memory. Please allow the installation to the SD Card as well (such as other apps)
