Junk File in Outlook!
Angela Charbonneau commented
Allow junk mail to be checked on the app. I have to go online to outlook to see it which is very annoying especially if I don't remember and miss things bc the junk folder only seems to hold so much for so long and then you lose it. The junk filter is also too sensitive so lots of important emails seem to end up there.

this seems outdated as I cannot add my junk folder to the app as of August 1, 2019

Adding a junk folder will help ease many peoples frustraion. With all the safety rules you have on our email, a lot of my inbox mail goes to the junk even if I save the email to my list. But on the app there is no junk folder. I then have to log onto the internet to view. I don't always go and look for it there and then I miss a lot of important emails for saved and unsaved email addresses.

when moving to a new home and not having internet access, using a phone to access limited email can cause some issues when important info gets sent to the junk mail folder and not the inbox.

Tired of having to login to the desktop version so I can check my junk for new contacts who've emailed me

Hello there. I have been looking for a solution to this problem: no junk email folder in Outlook app for Android. I found many suggested solution such as listed within this site, but very unfortunately is not correct. I only see "Spam" folder and it is always empty. More than half of my emails goes to Junk Email folder and then I filter it manually. But with my Android phone Samsung A7 Android 9 with the latest Outlook installation it is no where to be found. I have 3 mobile unites, 2 phones and one tablet and I cannot process my emails with them, I can only do it through a Windows PC, which I do not always have access to or a browser which is more than a hassle to look up 10 email addresses. Can you please ad Junk Email folder to Outlook for Android or at least let me know if there is a usable workaround to process my junk email folder, that often each has over 100 emails that I have to filter manually. Thank you

even though we all probably don't use it much, it's still the reality that new and important emails sometimes end up in the junk folder.. I rarely use my computer due to having a tablet but I have too when I need to check junk folders for missing emails. so the junk folder has a place and purpose!
