Customized preview lines (including 0 or 1, 2, etc.) in main email view page.
allow customized entry of preview lines for emails which is best in class and standard for the desktop outlook, for iOS message app on iPhone/IPad and other Android email apps.

yes please give us this option or simply remove the line. A phone is small enough it does not need that line as also more emails can to be viewed at one time. thanks

possibility to see a preview of the emails without opening the app

Yes! I don't want to see one line of the email content in my email list. That takes up unnecessary space on a mobile device. Allow users to choose how many preview lines to show or to turn that off entirely. Many, many other email apps allow you to do that. To me, this is a deal-breaker in an otherwise great mobile app. --Ron

the normal Android and Apple mail clients allow this user customization choice. If you want customers, especially business customers to use the Outlook app instead of the default phone app, you need to keep up with features. If company implements mail transport marking of messages to warn users of external messages and possible phishing attempts, the marking eliminates the entire 1 line preview available on phone, making users angry instead of open to security warnings.

Agree - much needed - so clunky at the moment. Just want sender and subject visible. Needed on iOS too!

Have an option to have the preview lines unreadable if the user opts to have that view. This really ruins surprise emails by being able to see the first line of text. For example my fertility email to find out pregnancy results.

I want to view as many emails as possible w/o scrolling the screen. Avatars or icons are just wasted space.

Please have a cleaner iphone Outlook App. It's very bulky and I don't need 4 lines per msg when I'm using a small screen on a cellular phone. I've already removed the pictures but I need to remove the amount of lines per message.. Thank you MS for going back wards or making it like we are all blind.

Please provide an option to reduce lines to sender and subject only. 4 lines fills up the screen unnecessarily.

My old HTC Mail app has been doing this for years. It would be nice for MS to catchup.

The App should allow to disable the preview of email content like web-content/pictures and so on

I also concur with wanting to edit the number of preview lines in the mailbox on the Mobile Outlook App. I could be seeing 10 email headers at once and can only see like six now because of that wasted screen estate.
The Filters button should also be moved up into the Inbox line, such a waste of vertical space. Not sure who I'm wasting my time posting this request here. It's not like Microsoft looks at it. Heck, they don't pay attention to their own Windows Insider reports to keep 1809 from deleting local documents. I suppose in a way it's merely to feel better about myself that I commented on a public forum and in some small way delude myself into thinking I helped make a difference. Go, internet.
