I believe there is a date cutoff or some other filter that is preventing me from seeing all of my emails to and from a particular person. this is very inconvenient for a business.

This would allow users to tag certain events so that search would return a list of those tagged events

where did the LINK to CONTACTS go, on the Outlook Mobile app? it was there a few weeks ago, when tapping the cog wheel.
when using the mobile app, and wanted to move specific email onto a folder, i found it difficult to find the folder i am looking for! because i have many folders and subfolders in my inbox, so if possible to have a search box at the top to use it to find the destination folder i am after...

Search not working for various months in android, chrome. I am currently traveling with access only via webpage in chrome in Phone. No access to computers or app and unable to download it. Contact Microsoft not working via Microsoft website, it loops back to my email without providing any contact information.
Please respond with contact email or chat info.

1. search mails offline. sometime when there is no network it doesn't allow to search mailbox.
2. When someone replies on the mail, it becomes sometimes difficult to search the he mail as the threads it forms is confusing.

When Outlook is displaying the list of emails received from a particular contact via a search or clicking on that contacts name, allow actions to be performed on the resultant display of emails such as deleting, moving, forward all, mark as read/unread e.t.c please also include the configured swipe left/right actions on emails when displayed in this list.
tracing old email should be simple.
instead of description, all the relevant emails need to come
The idea is different from matching idea post. Sometimes, it is necessary to scan email date wise.

The Android version has a pretty unusable search function. I rarely find what I need as the results are inconstant and limited.

current search still looks everywhere to satisfy the search. I am never searching my contacts, I'm searching for a keyword in an email. but contacts are always searched and lead the order returned. I don't have everyone in my outlook contacts because I rarely email contacts anymore. email is service-based communication, usually w/ a functionary account alias. so my searches are usually keywords intending to bypass the 500 gigs of spam in my inbox to find the 6 old emails and 1 new email from the business, which I missed due to the 200 megs of spam I received in the week prior. I'm a 365 subscriber and have been for years, and have been current with every gen of office '97. some will disagree, but I've always felt office tried to work the line between individual flexibility/enterprise standardization, and I believe, with rare exceptions, that the office team has accomplished that well. which is why I don't understand the development path of this web app in particular. it doesn't move toward individual flexibility nor corporate standardization, it moves towards MS making decisions for me: how to search, what is most relevant in my search, which emails are important, which should be ignored, which I won't see at all, etc. and if there is a way to modify or stop these determinations, it's buried in a menu somewhere only accessible online. apologies for the rant, but this search is has been a burr for awhile.

make it actually launch when I select a notification when unlocked.
make search work
Currently search results make it look like an Outlook app demo, as in saying "look how fancy we make the results look, cross referencing a ton of stuff". What I'm really looking for are comprehensive results of every instance of the query. this is key.

when trying to find old email to get supplier name, which I couldn't remember, if I could search on content I would have found the information I needed.
