View all flagged emails not just for that folder

a similar filter is available in Outlook desktop app. I need all flagged messages to show because often I flag sent messages, then these show in filtered results as a reminder to followup with people. and Unread messages need to be read.

When I flag a mark in a conversation it flags all the emails in the conversation. This is unwanted and frustrating as I have to clear a lot of flags in my other email clients.

In conversation view there is no way to flag a single message. Flagging ends up flagging all messages in the thread which I have to clean up later. Oddly the message options menu has reply/reply all/forward/add-ins. I don't understand why I can't "add in" the existing functionality in Outlook that I want to use per message.

I was having an issue showing flagged messages and I think the problem is that the app only shows flagged conversations, not flagged messages which is a serious oversight.
