Option to remove "Quick Filters/Focused" bar.
Many users don't need "Focused" and "Quick Filters", then we must have a option to remove the entire bar to free the space.

space can be obtained if focus/filter menu height is reduced. Also lookwise it would be good.

if you are creating an appointment to help people be more productive, having extra space dedicated to a button some people are rarely going to use, you can't see as many emails on the same screen, hence decreasing productivity and human efficiency

takes up too much space for one button.

I don't use focused view. There's a lot of empty screen space unused. I'd prefer to see more emails or more details such as hour of reception in the preview.

option to hide Filters button and bottom bar, its taking unnecessary space, I dont want to see it, i should be able to enable it when needed.

Have an option to remove the Filters option, stretches the action bar and wastes space. integrate it into the pull out menu.

if you don't have any unread msg and u r filtered to unread there isn't a way to remove filter

Or move the button some place else, the bar is wasted space, has no other functionality and is obnoxious

Do you guys test you apps before you release them? The ridiculous amount of space (15% of my phone screen?!) consumed by this rarely used feature would have been obvious.

It would be nice!

The Filter option seems really out of place. I suggest adding it to the spillover menu in the top right for the current view, then adding a small indicator at the very top of the view (small darker colored bar perhaps) showing a "Filtered" status.

The placement of the Quick Filters is so odd. Screen real estate is a premium. The designers at MS failed on this one.
