Option to remove "Quick Filters/Focused" bar.
Many users don't need "Focused" and "Quick Filters", then we must have a option to remove the entire bar to free the space.

I want to turn off the Focused option when I'm setting up my email. not have to hunt it down later.

This will help to do the operations directly from the home screen without extra clicks. These icon choice should be customizable.

When opening an email, there's a lot of empty space at the top menu bar. This space could be used for the menu options like Move, Move to Spam, Mark as Unread, Flag and Schedule. That way, because these prices would be instantly accessible, you could reduce the number of clicks needed to access them.
Enable this as an option so that users can decide which icons they want across the top bar. -

Menu bar at the bottom so I can look at my calendar while I have an open email

This will then give a "to do" view that mirrors the output of the primary search folder used by me (and all my colleagues) in outlook 2016 for desktop.

I agree. Tighten up the top of the app to make more room for emails. "Filter" is on its own separate line and could be moved upwards.
