Blocked contacts and blocked lists created on the web portal or any other platforms for your email prover will sync with the Outlook mobile app. Outlook mobile will then filter out blocked contacts helping to keep your mobile inbox clutter free.

    Hey everyone,

Dark theme is now fully rolled out on Outlook version 4.0 and higher! You can turn on Dark Theme by going to App Settings under Preferences. You will need to restart your app in order to see the setting. Thank you for your feedback and for voting on this feature.

    Hey There!

We recently added the ability to have a badge count of all your unread conversations right on the app icon. To enable/disable this feature please go to the app settings> scroll down to badge count> from here you can choose to show a badge count for all emails, focused only, or turn it off completely.

This feature is currently available for Samsung, Sony, and LG devices as well as for users running the Microsoft Launcher on their Android device.

Having trouble with these features? Let our in-app support team know by going to settings> help & feedback > contact support. We are here to help!

Good news! Select All is an option inside of Outlook for Android. To select more than one email, either long press on a message from your inbox, or touch on the circular avatar next to a message and watch it turn into a checkmark. You can select as many emails as you’d like. Then press the 3-dot icon at the top right to perform a bulk operation. If you’d like to select all, just go to the 3-dot icon right after you’ve selected at least one email.

You can now move emails to any folder you wish including the Spam folder, by simply choosing the “more options” icon within the message (3 dots) > tap move> choose the folder you would like to move the email to. You can also move multiple emails by selecting them from the inbox view, tap the 3 dot icon > tap move then choose the folder you would like to move to. For outlook.com accounts only, sending items to spam will be picked up as a signal by our reporting team and will lead to the sender being blocked. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out at Settings > Help & Feedback > Contact Support.

  16. to make outlook app like outlook pc client that shouldn't chain all the emails with same subject in the single thread. it should appear 1by1

that will make the search more easy also if you single email from one thread is being flagged, it won't flag all the emails on that thread. Also the emails would appear distinct and not clubbed all together

    Hi There!

We have added the ability to reply, forward and delete individual emails within a thread. To do so scroll to email you are wanting to perform one of these actions on>tap on the 3 vertical dots on the upper right corner under the email date> you will then see a pop-up box with the actions available to perform for that email.

If you have any trouble doing so please contact our in-app support team know by going to settings> help & feedback > contact support as we are not able to see replies to this address.

Thank you again for your support, we look forward to hearing more of your ideas very soon.

Great news! We are releasing week numbers to help you keep track of your planning throughout the year. Turn on the feature by going to Settings, and scrolling down to turn the Week Numbers toggle on."

Based on your feedback, we are currently developing a follow up setting to the week numbers feature to let you configure how week numbers work and when they start in the year (ex. starting on first 4-day week, starting on January 1st, etc). Stay tuned – this will be coming soon!
