"Select All" option
Ability to select all messages in a folder or in the inbox to perform bulk operations on.
24,328 votesGood news! Select All is an option inside of Outlook for Android. To select more than one email, either long press on a message from your inbox, or touch on the circular avatar next to a message and watch it turn into a checkmark. You can select as many emails as you’d like. Then press the 3-dot icon at the top right to perform a bulk operation. If you’d like to select all, just go to the 3-dot icon right after you’ve selected at least one email.

You can now move emails to any folder you wish including the Spam folder, by simply choosing the “more options” icon within the message (3 dots) > tap move> choose the folder you would like to move the email to. You can also move multiple emails by selecting them from the inbox view, tap the 3 dot icon > tap move then choose the folder you would like to move to. For outlook.com accounts only, sending items to spam will be picked up as a signal by our reporting team and will lead to the sender being blocked. to make outlook app like outlook pc client that shouldn't chain all the emails with same subject in the single thread. it should appear 1by1
that will make the search more easy also if you single email from one thread is being flagged, it won't flag all the emails on that thread. Also the emails would appear distinct and not clubbed all together

It is currently already possible to perform bulk action in the app. To do this, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform the following actions: deleting, marking as read, archiving. A “Select All” option will also appear in the top right corner.

automatically discard draft messages that are empty.
When someone mistakenly begins a new draft and they cancel the message, delete the draft if it's empty. Don't force the user to notice the little notification to delete it. This is just following the 80-20 rule here. Make the common use cases easier.
