This feature is currently available for Samsung, Sony, and LG devices as well as for users running the Microsoft Launcher on their Android device.

"Select All" option
Ability to select all messages in a folder or in the inbox to perform bulk operations on.
24,314 votesGood news! Select All is an option inside of Outlook for Android. To select more than one email, either long press on a message from your inbox, or touch on the circular avatar next to a message and watch it turn into a checkmark. You can select as many emails as you’d like. Then press the 3-dot icon at the top right to perform a bulk operation. If you’d like to select all, just go to the 3-dot icon right after you’ve selected at least one email.

Hey there!
If you’re not enjoying the Focused Inbox feature, you can turn it off in your settings. By switching the option off within your settings, the toggle option on the top of your inbox will disappear and all your mails will appear chronologically across your inbox. If you have further questions, we have some talented people ready to assist at Settings > Help & Feedback > Contact Support.
Thank you again for your support, we look forward to hearing more of your ideas very soon.
