Allow to create customisable forms to share information (i.e. SharePoint style), and allow these form fields to map accross to Dyn. 365 CRM
trying to avoid endless duplication. would like to see Lotus Notes style functionality. Outlook still lags...

Right now in Microsoft Teams it is not possible to add private channels as participants while scheduling meetings. please consider as idea
Right now in Microsoft Teams there is no feature to add Private channels as participants to the meeting. So we are unable to add private channels as participants for meeting. If this feature is considered and added it will help private channels also can join for meeting through app notification and join option. I raised it as concern in Customer support they have asked me that I can suggest to add this feature, that is the reason I am suggesting, so kindly consider and do the needful.

a app, if you bay a new phone, that you can set all the data to the new phone. incl all of the inlogdata. it's not from this time anymore
ik bay new phone, bit i Cant der it easy in the new phone. make a app. that our data transfer to the new phone. all reinstall and manual all the data input... that old school!

If you link another email, allow to put all into of one email into one folder, and to avoid redundant emails.
I currently have a Gmail and Hotmail that feed each other their emails, for the sake of redundency. But this can lead into spiraling copies of emails and folders. I would suggest the option to either keep the folder system of another email, or be able to put all incoming copies of another email into a single, batch folder. Also, a parser that tells me if an email is an exact copy of another email, so I can merge or delete duplicates.

Move navigation bar 4 mail & calendar up. With Android, controls between apps are over calendar, so more difficult to change to other apps.
Move the outlook controls up. I could send a screenshot.

have flagging system compatibility please.
I use the flags as my to-do list and I can't choose in the app when I want to flag things for (ie. today, tomorrow, this week, next week, or custom).
