    Hey there!

    Thank you all for your patience, it is possible to set a signature for each of your email accounts in the Outlook app.

    To do so open the app and go to Settings> Scroll down and tap on the Signature option> Tap on the Per Account Signature toggle on the top right of the screen.

    You will now see each of your email accounts listed along with their current signature, Tap on each signature to customize as needed.

  8. MY OUTLOOK ACCOUNT WAS HACKED TWICE!!!!!!! FIX THAT

    I save emails and delete things then go to check on em,and guess what? THEY'RE NEVER IN THE FOLDERS.

    There are a few quick and easy way to delete emails from the Outlook app.

    1. Delete button in reading view.

    Simply tap on the “trash” icon on the upper right corner of the screen to delete the email that’s currently open.

    2. Swipe to delete.

    Swipe the email to the left. By default, this will archive the email. However, you can customize Swipe Options in the Settings and change the action to Delete.

    3. Bulk delete.

    This is very useful when you want to delete multiple emails at once. To do this, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform the following actions: deleting, marking as read, archiving. A “Select…

  12. add swipe action "Classify as Other / Newsletter"

    it would be great to be able to classify messages and associated senders so they would go to Other / unFocused folder next time. A swipe right action would keep the message and "move" it to Other emails. Next message from same sender would not be shown in the Focused folder, only in the Other emails.

    It is currently already possible to set an out of office message in the app for Exchange and Office 365 account.

    To setup out of the office replies, tap settings > tap your Office365 or Exchange account > tap Automatic Replies > toggle the switch on. 

    You can choose:

    1.) Reply to everyone

    2.) Reply only to my organization

    You can also set up a different messages for your organization and external senders.

    Tap done once you have set up your automatic reply.

  14. Forwarding glitch

    Please fix the glitch where if I forward an email using the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page, and then reply to the sender, it sends replies to the forwarding address rather than to the sender.

  15. How does this app use 230 MB space I downloaded it for 50 MB

    I downloaded this app for 50 MB but in my storage it is over 200 MB

  18. Stop the we can't send the this email message that pops up everytime I open Outlook. The email I couldn't send has been deleted months ago.

    An email failed to send fine, but now I am stuck with a message about it months after the event and the email has been deleted from drafts.
