  3. crate a calendar event with the selected mail as attachment in the event

    This is similar to the Quick Action option in desktop version of Outlook where I can right click an email and create a calendar event with the selected mail as the attachment in the calendar event

    Thank you for your feedback on this great feature. We have recently added the ability to create a calendar event directly from an email.

    To do so tap on the reply icon from the open email> from the bottom of the reply screen tap on the calendar icon>then choose convert to event.

    You can now access a 7 day calendar view by rotating your device into landscape.

  5. would be nice when "Out of office" enabled? Notifications deminished accirdingly, and possibly automatically?

    settings under "Mobile" automatically reduce mobile device notifications. Reducing effort to to apply desired out come as being "out of office"

    Thank you for using Outlook Mobile and sharing your ideas with us. We really appreciate your support.

    It is currently already possible to set an out of office message in the app for Exchange and Office 365 account.

    To setup out of the office replies, tap settings > tap your Office365 or Exchange account > tap Automatic Replies > toggle the switch on. 

    You can choose:

    1.) Reply to everyone

    2.) Reply only to my organization

    You can also set up a different messages for your organization and external senders.

    Tap done once you have set up your automatic reply.

  6. Be able to receive an email and have an option to add to Calendar or Add to Task where it opens the calendar entry, adds the email content

    From open email, being able to "add to Calendar" and open new calendar entry dialog with the body, sender, date of email message in NOTES field.

  7. My calendar keeps disappearing and birthdays keeps appearing.. nobody cares about birthdays/holidays calendar.

    also often my calendar just disappears and I can't find it in a menu, have to restart outlook for my calendar to appear again

  9. Correct issues with multiple notifications when configured to only notify once.

    3 to 4 times in 2 minutes is terror, it also cant keep track of the current time.
    I have notifications set to 15min in advance, so its beyond me why the same meeting notifies me more than 3 times in a short timeframe, and I can have events reminded hours ago showing as if the meeting starts in 13min.
    Does the notification pull the time once and then forgets about time being progressive?

  11. Ability to also see shared calendars on Mobile App

    I would like to have the ability to see or open shared calendars in the mobile app. When I open the calendar in the app I can only see my own calendar, but not able to open or see any shared calendars to which I have permission.

  13. Make it so that we can accept shared calendar invitations, which absolutely does not work as of 12/06/2019!

    One of Microsoft's own articles states that this does not currently work and has no projected date to even fix it!

  16. Need support for multiple Locations in one event!

    My team is distributed, so ALL of our meetings have more than one room. In the mobile app it is impossible to create an event with multiple locations. Please support this!

  19. Fix the calendar widget because for the last two weeks it's been saying I've got nothing in my calendar for the next 14 days - and I do.

    It keeps saying you've got no calendar entries for the next 14 days, but when I tap it and the full Outlook app opens, I can see there are things in my calendar.
