Outlook for Android

We have partnered with UserVoice, a third-party service, to collect feedback from you and other Outlook users. Your use of the portal and your submission is subject to the UserVoice Terms of Service & Privacy Policy, including the license terms. Outlook for Android

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

    It is currently already possible to perform bulk action in the app. To do this, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform the following actions: deleting, marking as read, archiving. A “Select All” option will also appear in the top right corner.

  5. Turn off focused setting option as default. I have missed time sensitive emails. Or get rid of it why do I need 2 inboxes.

    I should be able to see all my emails easily and clearly before having to change settings in the app.
    Having 2 inboxes(focused and other) by default just makes checking my mail more convoluted.
    This filter filtered out a pickup delivery notification for an item for which my pickup time had expired the time I had seen it, it has wasted my time and a delivery drivers time, for something that is an unnecessary feature and I'm amazed you need a feedback form to tell you it's unnecessary.

    This feature is already available in the latest Outlook for Android. Please tap on the e mail>Three dots on top>Select Move to a Folder>Tap on the + Icon on top right. You can create and name a new folder to move the desired e mails.

    Conversation or Thread view can be disabled in our app. To do so, please go to your App Settings page, scroll down to Organize Mail by Thread then toggle it OFF.

  13. make deletion of multiple emails possible again. spam messages wont bulk delete properly on the mobile version.

    multi-selecting and hitting delete only deletes the first email, not all of the ones selected

  17. Be able to add your Microsoft Outlook.com account calendar to the outlook app calendar.

    You are given a calendar that is associated with your Microsoft account. This calendar is viewable on outlook.com as well as the Mail desktop app on Windows. Since it is not associated to an email, the outlook mobile app does not add this calendar.

    It would be nice to have the outlook app be able to connect to your Microsoft account and use this calendar.

    I am not talking about the calendar that you get when you have a Office 365 subscription, but the free calendar you get with your Microsoft account.
