    You can now move emails to any folder you wish including the Spam folder, by simply choosing the “more options” icon within the message (3 dots) > tap move> choose the folder you would like to move the email to. You can also move multiple emails by selecting them from the inbox view, tap the 3 dot icon > tap move then choose the folder you would like to move to. For outlook.com accounts only, sending items to spam will be picked up as a signal by our reporting team and will lead to the sender being blocked. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out at Settings > Help & Feedback > Contact Support.

    Conversation or Thread view can be disabled in our app. To do so, please go to your App Settings page, scroll down to Organize Mail by Thread then toggle it OFF.

  12. Ability to configure buttons (quick actions)

    Currently, there is only the delete & archive buttons that appear when you select emails. It would be nice to have the ability to add one or two more configurable buttons - buttons that the user can specify the action (flag, mark as unread, move, etc.). The swipe options are nice, but that only gives two configurable options/actions.

  13. Not syncing all mail id

    I have setup office mail id.. And using pc outlook for same.. On PC it does search the email id my intial key letters.. However on outlook mobile it doesnt search the all email id.. I have to manually search the same

  14. Delete all

    You should include a way to select many emails and delete them. I like to search senders and delete a strings. Delete all really helps when you get spam messages

    Allow for recurring dates to be an option when entering items into the Outlook calendar. Make the event alarm sounds similar to Microsoft Windows phone.

  19. Do not disturb settings for each account

    I use the outlook app for my work account. I don't want to see incoming emails or notifications off them outside office hours.

    A not disturb setting that stop syncing and notification will be apriciated.

    Thank you all for your feedback and patience while we worked on this great feature.

    You can now temporarily turn off your email notifications using the new Do not Disturb feature of the app. To do so simply tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left corner> Next tap on the bell icon next to the email address displayed or go to the “All Accounts” tab to set up do not disturb for all accounts connected to the app > Next choose the timed or scheduled option that best suits your needs.
