  1. A Do Not Disturb feature for "after hours"

A Do Not Disturb feature for "after hours" would be great. if you could allow custom times, e.g. 8pm - 6am, that would be even better.

    Hi there,

You can now temporarily turn off your email notifications using the new Do not Disturb feature of the app. To do so simply tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left corner> Next tap on the bell icon next to the email address displayed or go to the “All Accounts” tab to set up do not disturb for all accounts connected to the app > Next choose the timed or scheduled option that best suits your needs.

If you have any questions or need assistance locating this feature please contact our in-app support team by going to Settings>Help & Feedback> Contact Support.

    All the best

    The Outlook Mobile Team

P.S. Please use the Help Section of the app for any questions, we are unable to see replies to this address.

  2. What is the point of having a focused inbox if I have a pop up telling me what 'other' emails have arrived? Let me turn that off.

New features are constantly added to the app with no user options to control/disable them. Makes for a really poor user experience.

    Hey there!

If you’re not enjoying the Focused Inbox feature, you can turn it off in your settings. By switching the option off within your settings, the toggle option on the top of your inbox will disappear and all your mails will appear chronologically across your inbox. If you have further questions, we have some talented people ready to assist at Settings > Help & Feedback > Contact Support.

Thank you again for your support, we look forward to hearing more of your ideas very soon.

  7. Fix the error that pops up everytime I open the app

I have a reoccurring error that states your message failed to send. It gives me the option to contact tech support which I did, over a month ago. They said they would let me know....have not heard anything....still have the error.

Cannot setup an account that uses SSL/TLS on port 993, it keeps saying there is an issue with the IMAP server. Works on other email clients.

  9. synchronize calendars with exchange accounts.

From Support today "At the moment, Outlook Mobile app only supports shared calendars for Office 365 accounts"

this was a previously closed request from three years ago, but is clearly not addressed yet. I have a shared calendar that will not synchronize with the mobile app.

  10. Need a specific option to swipe email to spam/junk folder.

At present there is a swipe option to move to a folder choice. It would be improved by allowing an additional choice to move the email to a specific folder such as spam/junk. It is a 2 step process now. It would be more convenient as a 1 swipe process.

  11. Addressing email using contacts -- outlook for android

    FIX the APP please!
It seems that outlook is not accessing all of my contacts when I am addressing an email. The outlook version is 4.1.71 on a Samsung S3 tablet and my Samsung S9+ phone. When I am addressing an email (new, reply, or forwarded), some of the addresses in my contacts do not come up. I have confirmed in outlook (people) that all of the addresses are there. For some reason, outlook cannot access them. I just created a new contact (in outlook, on the tablet) and tried to use it in an email. It did not bring…

  13. I cannot add texts to message ates of emails, or phoyos or use audio input on any of my outlook accounts.

Uninstalling and reinstalling doesnt work, there needs to be a troubleshooter for these kinds of problems.
