    Hey there!

    If you’re not enjoying the Focused Inbox feature, you can turn it off in your settings. By switching the option off within your settings, the toggle option on the top of your inbox will disappear and all your mails will appear chronologically across your inbox. If you have further questions, we have some talented people ready to assist at Settings > Help & Feedback > Contact Support.

  3. Addressing email using contacts -- outlook for android

    FIX the APP please!
    It seems that outlook is not accessing all of my contacts when I am addressing an email. The outlook version is 4.1.71 on a Samsung S3 tablet and my Samsung S9+ phone. When I am addressing an email (new, reply, or forwarded), some of the addresses in my contacts do not come up. I have confirmed in outlook (people) that all of the addresses are there. For some reason, outlook cannot access them. I just created a new contact (in outlook, on the tablet) and tried to use it in an email. It did not bring…

  4. Be able to receive an email and have an option to add to Calendar or Add to Task where it opens the calendar entry, adds the email content

    From open email, being able to "add to Calendar" and open new calendar entry dialog with the body, sender, date of email message in NOTES field.

    Hey!

    Thank you for your feedback on this great feature. We have recently added the ability to create a calendar event directly from an email.

    To do so tap on the reply icon from the open email> from the bottom of the reply screen tap on the calendar icon>then choose convert to event.

  5. SSL/TLS for Android

    Cannot setup an account that uses SSL/TLS on port 993, it keeps saying there is an issue with the IMAP server. Works on other email clients.

    Hi There!

    We have added the ability to reply, forward and delete individual emails within a thread. To do so scroll to email you are wanting to perform one of these actions on>tap on the 3 vertical dots on the upper right corner under the email date> you will then see a pop-up box with the actions available to perform for that email.

    Message view don't show image preview of attached images when Content-Type: video/jpeg. I spent days talking to Android Outlook support about this issue and all they continue to ask me was to reset, delete and re-add accout. This is a bug in existing Android only version of Mail client where attachment images with the above mentioned content type is not show as previews and only as attachment clips. This content type works fine on Office Outlook or Windows 10 Mail and Calendar apps. Please note that many monitoring IP cameras send email attachments as the above mentioned Content-Type.   9. Need a specific option to swipe email to spam/junk folder.

    At present there is a swipe option to move to a folder choice. It would be improved by allowing an additional choice to move the email to a specific folder such as spam/junk. It is a 2 step process now. It would be more convenient as a 1 swipe process.

    It is currently already possible to select all emails in a folder at once. To do so, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. A “Select All” option will then appear in the top right corner. This will let you perform actions on all emails in any folder at once, like deleting or moving to another folder.

    It is currently already possible to perform bulk action in the app. To do this, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform the following actions: deleting, marking as read, archiving. A “Select All” option will also appear in the top right corner.
