Outlook for Android

We have partnered with UserVoice, a third-party service, to collect feedback from you and other Outlook users. Your use of the portal and your submission is subject to the UserVoice Terms of Service & Privacy Policy, including the license terms. Please do not send any novel or patentable ideas, copyrighted materials, samples or demos for which you do not want to grant a license to Microsoft.

Outlook for Android

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  4. release notes on Google play. for this application have become sparse of detail

    Can you please post a more complete list of bug fixes and feature enhancements on Google play when you release new versions of this application. That's one important (to me) way that we know if (and when) our user feedback is really being heard

    You’re absolutely right, our release process hasn’t been transparent enough these past few months. This is something that we are currently working on improving. As of this week, you should see release notes on the Play Store.

  9. i cant see my web contacts when i compose a new email.

    in the preview i had my old contacts from live.com show up as i was typing the email address while composing a draft. now it just shows me my phone contacts, which is stupid because none of my phone contacts have emails

    It is currently already possible to select multiple emails at once. To do so, press and hold the round icon at the left of an email until checkboxes appear.. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform bulk actions on them, like deleting, marking as read, archiving…

    Today, you can access deleted messages through the icon at the top left corner of your screen. When the list of your email accounts appear, click on the downwards arrow next to the account of your choice. There, you will find a “Trash” folder for all of your deleted messages.
