Outlook for Android

We have partnered with UserVoice, a third-party service, to collect feedback from you and other Outlook users. Your use of the portal and your submission is subject to the UserVoice Terms of Service & Privacy Policy, including the license terms. Outlook for Android

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  5. Regarding the app Connect. When I open it I am getting an ad that covers the whole screen and refuses to close. it pops up over and over.

    The ad refuses to close no matter how many times you try to cancel it and I am unable to use the app. I have uninstalled the app but the problem is persisting when I download it again. I have checked my phone and I have checked to ensure that I have no malware or anything that can be causing it and my phone is clean also it only happens in the connect app. thanks please email me.

    Today, you can access your folders through the icon at the top left corner of your screen (the 3 horizontal bars). When the list of your email accounts appears, click on the downward arrow next to the account of your choice to how folders.

  14. emails sent thought the app doesn't respect the spacing. every space between paragraphs get deleted and the whole text appear in one peace

  15. Change back to the previous version, it was fine as it was and didn't need complicating with conversations and meaningless coloured flags.

    The coloured flags don't help me, conversations simply hide what you emails you are looking for.

    It is currently already possible to select multiple emails to delete them. To do so, press and hold the round icon at the left of an email until checkboxes appear. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform bulk actions on them, like deleting, marking as read, archiving…

    It is also possible to swipe emails to mark them as read or delete them. You can customize this feature in the Settings under Swipe Options.

    Today, you can access deleted messages through the icon at the top left corner of your screen. When the list of your email accounts appear, click on the downwards arrow next to the account of your choice. There, you will find a “Trash” folder for all of your deleted messages.
