to make outlook app like outlook pc client that shouldn't chain all the emails with same subject in the single thread. it should appear 1by1
that will make the search more easy also if you single email from one thread is being flagged, it won't flag all the emails on that thread. Also the emails would appear distinct and not clubbed all together

keep email thread separate. also my calendar widget doesn't link with the Outlook app.
go back to email listing each email separately rather than having to go into the last email in a thread to find any email in the thread. Allow the calendar widget to link with the Outlook app so that I can see my next couple of appointments on my home screen.

Hey There!
We recently added the ability to have a badge count of all your unread conversations right on the app icon. To enable/disable this feature please go to the app settings> scroll down to badge count> from here you can choose to show a badge count for all emails, focused only, or turn it off completely.
This feature is currently available for Samsung, Sony, and LG devices as well as for users running the Microsoft Launcher on their Android device.
Having trouble with these features? Let our in-app support team know by going to settings> help & feedback > contact support. We are here to help!
Thank you again for your support, we look forward to hearing more of your ideas very soon.
All the best

Hey there!
If you’re not enjoying the Focused Inbox feature, you can turn it off in your settings. By switching the option off within your settings, the toggle option on the top of your inbox will disappear and all your mails will appear chronologically across your inbox. If you have further questions, we have some talented people ready to assist at Settings > Help & Feedback > Contact Support.
Thank you again for your support, we look forward to hearing more of your ideas very soon.
