Access to my Sticky Notes
My Sticky Notes on my CPU sync with my Microsoft acct and can be accessed on my Outlook on my CPU and Look laptop but not on this Android version

the "to do" or "tasks" on Outlook on my lap top is not accessible on my Outlook on my android phone.

when I file ab email the file folders are out of order so it's difficult to find the folders.

saving contact notes using mobile app or outlook.com changes formatting of font, color, bolding and some sizes from how I input on desktop.
when I save contact notes using the mobile app or outlook.com, the formatting of the font, color, bolding and some sizes is changed from how I originally input on the desktop. formatting is very important to me. when can I expect identical fidelity across all devices?

one note color organization
allow one note to color each notebook with mobile version. desktop sync with office mobile version via real time syncing.

tell me how to keep Archive & Schedule from working. It was a surprise & annoyed. send instructions when changes are made.
make instructions none tech peeps can understand. This was too convoluted from step 1
