Select multiple emails after making a search and able to move them into folders
When I search for emails in my inbox I cant select multiple emails which is populated in the search result. I want to be able to select multiple emails and move them into a specific folder

It is currently already possible to select multiple emails at once. To do so, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform mov actions on them, like moving, deleting, marking as read/unread, archiving… A “Select All” option will also appear in the top right corner.

Please fix the performance of the search engine, Outlook is a pain when i need to search an old email on an imap server

allow for your server on the mobile app to access ALL prior emails...there are some emails that are only searchable on the desktop version.
searchable key words are limited on the mobile app. I have found that the same key words led me to emails I was looking for only on the desktop version of outlook. The same keywords lead to nothing on my phone.

I constantly get results back where the email cannot be read nor acted upon. Why bother searching if OL cannot allow one to do anything?
When I open an email from search results. The message body is blank. I cannot delete the message nor move it. What good is a non actionable result item?

Load full sized message when browsing a SEARCH results message. the small message that is displayed is not viewable.
when I open a message from the SEARCH results, it appears half size and parts can't be viewed.

There are a few quick and easy way to delete emails from the Outlook app.
1. Delete button in reading view.
Simply tap on the “trash” icon on the upper right corner of the screen to delete the email that’s currently open.
2. Swipe to delete.
Swipe the email to the left. By default, this will archive the email. However, you can customize Swipe Options in the Settings and change the action to Delete.
3. Bulk delete.
This is very useful when you want to delete multiple emails at once. To do this, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform the following actions: deleting, marking as read, archiving. A “Select…

Improve grouping of emails
Sometimes it is very difficult to find emails within grouped emails if there are several responses back and forth in the topic.

Conversation or Thread view can be disabled/enabled in our app. To do so, please go to your App Settings page, scroll down to Organize Mail by Thread then toggle it OFF/ON.
