  3. Profile Details of office 365

Outlook shows only email ID of office 365 it should show other details like Contact Numbers etc. if I am in the same domain. Similar to what it shows in Outlook for Windows

  5. ability to get the contact details by single click from the mail.

when I open my mail. I should be able to click on sender or other participants name and get the complete contact details from my contact information if person is stored in my contacts or get the details from organization address book.

  7. Better synchronisation of Contacts

Not sure whether this problem tests with Google to solve, out with Outlook.com. it relates to using the Contacts app on an Android phone, with Exchange (Outlook.com).

Currently, records' name fields get screwed up when synchronising between the two platforms in certain scenarios:
    - multiple word surnames
    - suffix field is used.

The fallout is that only the last word of the surname is retained in the surname field, and the rest of the words get moved to the middle name field, or three suffix gets moved to the surname field and the surname bumped to the middle name field.

  10. Contact info shows "conversations". Make the conversations section collapsible.

The contact screen shows a section labeled "conversations". When all a user wants is to find the contact address or alternate phone number, which are located in the "details" section further below, the user has to scroll down. Annoying. The conversations section could be made as a collapsible section (show/hide).

  15. I need the Outlook Mobile App to sync my contacts that are stored in folders.

With over 3,000 contacts I must use folders for contacts. I already use categories as well. The desktop and 365 versions already accommodate my contacts in folders. Without being able to sync in the Android app essentially means I have to move away from using Outlook.

  19. have an adress book as i cannot find any of the email adresses i need to try and contact employers

on my old windows phone 5 years ago i was able to bring up a list of all the email adresses that i had contacted or had contacted me like an adress book i was very dissapointed to find that the new app doesnt provide this feature as it has inhibited me from being able to get hold of old friends and potential employer, i have a phobia of computers so my phone is my only way of accessing my emails without having a panic attack
