  1. iCloud contacts sync to Android contacts

At the moment Android doesn't support direct syncing of iCloud contacts to Android contacts. Outlook app does show the iCloud contacts of linked iCloud account in people tab. However, it doesn't get sync to Android contacts app. I have to use third party app like iCloud contacts sync for this purpose. This feature of implemented will provide seamless integration of people tab and Android contacts.
    thanks.

  3. fix contact sync with exchange server so that it since both ways.

Right now exchange contact sync is one way only which is utterly useless. please make it sound from the phone back to exchange.

  5. fix the contact sync on Android

every time I added a new contact it gets overwritten after a few minutes.
I have to use my PC and add the contacts there. I already reset the account and so on.

  9. Sync contacts that only have company name

Currently, Outlook contact records that only have a company name (no first/last name) will not sync to Outlook for Android. They used to in Windows Phone Outlook & they do in some current Android email / contact apps. This is a MUST for when you have records for general business contacts, but no one, single person you deal with.

Please add a Contacts folder so I can see which contacts have been saved, and easier to add to them.

  13. Auto create contact information

Contacts/People are auto created based on email addresses you have received an email from. Most email have extended contact information in the signature. A solution that tries to create contact information (telephone/addresses +++) based on this would be great. There are great Business Card readers that work, so it is pretty viable feature.
A signature often start with the name of the sender, so that would be the cue. A copy of the source data should be included for manual correction.

  17. Contacts need a scroll bar or alphabet list so contacts can be accessed quicker. It takes too long to search through contacts.

When I access the contact feature I get a list starting at "A". I have to slowly scroll through all of them to get to the one I want. Sometimes I'm unsure of spelling or how the contact is listed in my contacts. A scroll bar allows me to pull through the contacts with greater speed. See the Android contact App for example. Pretty basic stuff, not sure why MS hasn't mastered this yet.

  18. Create a setting to enforce one-way Contacts sync only. This way, Outlook on Android can't mess up Exchange Contacts.

Please create a sync setting that forces Contacts/People to only sync one-way. In other words, I only want data to push from the server to my Android device, and not vice-versa. If I create a brand new Contact on my Android device, then that can sync to the cloud, but lock existing Contacts on my Android device so that I can't edit them.

Why? Well, your Contact sync engine is not reliable yet. In fact, it's screwing up my precious data. This is totally inexcusable. Want a case study? OK, here you go...

I was so excited when you added…

  19. add option to save information found when searching the people directory to phone contacts

when I touch the 'people' tab and type someone's name in the search box there is an option to search my company directory. Once I find who I'm looking for there should be an option to save that person to my phone contacts list

  20. Sync contact pic

build-in contact sync to Android native contact app doesn't sync the contact pic. Please add so the pic from Outlook can automatically be sync to the native contact app.
