  1. make it possible to search the all-user list for contacts in my organisation.

    hello,
I would like to be able to search in my "all-user" list from my app because if there is a new employee at our company we would like him to see all the contacts without them to add them manually.

  2. Have the photo IDs attached to Outlook contacts actually appear in the Outlook app.

It seems bizarre that you can even add photos to contacts VIA the outlook app for Android, and yet these photos don't appear IN the app itself. Please have these photos become visible within the app's inbox etc. It's a very minor thing to fix, and I can't really see why it's a problem at all!

  7. Open Microsoft Teams when I want to send text to an outlook contact

When I click in the name icon (circle with name initials) I can select 'send message' action. When I do this, Skype for business is opening even though I have Microsoft Teams. We should have it opening Microsoft Teams

  10. Fix the synchronization problem that happens when you add two mobile phone numbers to a contact in the android app.

When you edit or add a contact and it has two different entries for the mobile phone number, the android outlook app presents a synchronization error message. Saying that there was conflicts with your contacts synchronization (but does not provide detailed information about which contact or what was the problem).
With a conversation with the support team, we found out that the problem only happens with two mobile phone numbers entry, two residential or work phone number does not present any problem.
It might be linked with the fact that in the Outlook.com website, the phone numbers entries have numbers,…

  12. create a setting to allow contacts sync one-way so that you don't mess up my Exchange / Outlook data.

Android does weird stuff to my contacts, and I never want those changes updated to my contact information on the server. I would just be a lot more comfortable if you offered a one-way sync option to overwrite contacts on my Android device with contacts from the cloud and not vice versa.

  16. Can we make suggestions to improve OUTLOOK on our desktops? Managing the Contacts list there is almost impossible....SO erratic!

Allow suggestions for Outlook on desktops. On my desktop, I want deleted or edited contacts to stay deleted or edited. Also, I want to be able to assign one email address to more than one person. And I want to be able to scroll through the whole list without Outlook just bringing up just a few at a time. The alphabetical ordering is a bit dodgy too.

  19. New way of accessing contacts via search on toolbar is appalling. Slow and doesn't work

You search for a contact, click on the contact and the wrong contact comes up. Why can't I just see a list of contacts like I used to see????

  20. Contact search and indexing should look at ALL fields, not just person name.

Previously, not only could we browser the list of contacts but a contact search additional fields.
Since the 'improved' UI we have lost both these features. It is now impossible to find contacts within Outlook mobile where there is no individual name (e.g. because it is the generic company address or switchboard) or where you can't remember the name of the contact
