  5. Contacts should show notes field

In Outlook desktop I have notes attached to contacts (e. G. Account reference numbers needed when communicating with the contact person or company) . These are not visible in Outlook for Android.

  10. Sync birthdays in people

Sync Birthdays to People also, birthdays should not be limited to calendar only.... it should be on my peoplw page too. The previous outlook app has this feature.

  11. Auto create contact information

Contacts/People are auto created based on email addresses you have received an email from. Most email have extended contact information in the signature. A solution that tries to create contact information (telephone/addresses +++) based on this would be great. There are great Business Card readers that work, so it is pretty viable feature.
A signature often start with the name of the sender, so that would be the cue. A copy of the source data should be included for manual correction.

  12. sync contact folder and not just suggested contacts

The app only appears to synchronize suggested contacts, when I search for a known contact that I rarely converse with, I cannot find it in the app but can find it in my contacts folder in Desktop Outlook.

  18. Include option to separate Outlook contacts from device contacts

Instead of listing all contacts from both the device and from email accounts as device and Outlook contacts, there should be an option to show only Outlook contacts in Outlook and keep them separate from the device contacts. It's annoying to see random contacts listed in Outlook, and makes finding important contacts easier. As stated, this should be optional, so people can still sync their contacts to their device.

  20. allow dialing from contacts and events

I would like to be able to dial contacts from Outlook for android. Right now, i only see the contact's email.

Also, need to be able to dial from calendar events. for example, I often use the location field in the event for a phone number when the event is a phone call or conference call.
