  1. PLS UN-PASSIVE "contacts": should (as ARE "calendar" and "e-mail"...) be add/changeable/sync perfectly with pc and Surface. This is a MUST.

Do not understand why - at least on my newest Huawei P10 Android, Outlook email and calendar work perfectly: I can use full email and calendar functionalities, these sync with my pc and Surface perfectly (both ways) while Contacts are totally passive. I can just go and see/check but not add new people and contact info, nor delete, nor do they sync with my other devices of my same Microsoft account. Already had conversation on this with support but they said this IS like this, "to prevent users from accidentally changing their contacts"!?!? I do not believe what I read...…

  11. Include option to separate Outlook contacts from device contacts

Instead of listing all contacts from both the device and from email accounts as device and Outlook contacts, there should be an option to show only Outlook contacts in Outlook and keep them separate from the device contacts. It's annoying to see random contacts listed in Outlook, and makes finding important contacts easier. As stated, this should be optional, so people can still sync their contacts to their device.
