Stop linking my contacts OR provide an option to link OR NOT link.
Outlook 2016 displays contacts the way I want BUT Outlook.com and Android Outlook keep linking my contacts.

take security breaches of user email accounts a lot more seriously and act to cooperate with the user within enough time to address issue.
security is disgraceful and hotmail don't care.

Enable line by line entry of email contacts. This would make entry so much faster instead of opening new window for each contact.
This is particularly relevant for officeholders in associations or activist groups. You have a meeting and get everybody to write contact details down. Then some poor schmuck has to input them all to a group distribution list. Bearing in mind these are all volunteers time is really important.

multiple entries for an individual in contacts
I have a number of entries for people where they have the same email address but different telephone numbers, often because they have local numbers in different countries, and it is therefore useful to file them with a suffix for the rehang country. However, this causes havoc on the app contacts: selecting the entry for my wife in the UK opens the details for the UAE. works well on my Windows phone and in Outlook on the PC, on the Android tablet it gets confused.

PLS UN-PASSIVE "contacts": should (as ARE "calendar" and "e-mail"...) be add/changeable/sync perfectly with pc and Surface. This is a MUST.
Do not understand why - at least on my newest Huawei P10 Android, Outlook email and calendar work perfectly: I can use full email and calendar functionalities, these sync with my pc and Surface perfectly (both ways) while Contacts are totally passive. I can just go and see/check but not add new people and contact info, nor delete, nor do they sync with my other devices of my same Microsoft account. Already had conversation on this with support but they said this IS like this, "to prevent users from accidentally changing their contacts"!?!? I do not believe what I read...…
