    Hi there!

You can currently change the default signature for each of your email accounts from “Get outlook for Android” to any signature you wish to have. To do so please go to Settings>Signature>On the next screen you can set one signature for all email accounts you have connected to the Outlook app or you can tap on the toggle switch on the top right to set individual signatures for each of your emails separatly>When finished tap on the check mark on the top right corner of the screen to save the changes.

If you have any trouble doing so please contact our in-app support team know by going to settings> help & feedback > contact support as we are not able to see replies to this address.

Thank you again for your support, we look forward to hearing more of your ideas very soon.

    Hey, Everyone!

Great news! Now your Swipe to mark as read option also doubles to include swipe to mark as unread. Simply set either your left or right swipe to Mark as read by going to settings > scroll down to swipe options> tap on swipe options and then you will be given the ability to change your left and right swipe settings.

    Hey everyone!

Thank you all for your feedback and patience while we worked on this great feature.

You can now temporarily turn off your email notifications using the new Do not Disturb feature of the app. To do so simply tap on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left corner> Next tap on the bell icon next to the email address displayed or go to the “All Accounts” tab to set up do not disturb for all accounts connected to the app > Next choose the timed or scheduled option that best suits your needs.

If you have any questions or need assistance locating this feature please contact our in-app support team by going to Settings>Help & Feedback> Contact Support.

    Hey Everyone!

We now allow users to turn off the automatic loading of internet-hosted images or web beacons that may track if the email has been opened/read.
To access this feature go to Settings>Scroll down to Block External Images>Tap on the toggle switch to activate.

Please note this feature will not block images that are embedded in the email, including most emails that are sent from friends and family.

  18. have a select button so you can delete multiple emails at once

I would like to be able to delete multiple emails at the same time. I do not like the idea of having to open every email to delete it. many of the emails or spam or junk and I do not wish to open them. I prefer just to be able 2 delete them at one time.

    Hi there,

Thank you for using Outlook Mobile and sharing your ideas with us. We really appreciate your support.

It is currently already possible to perform bulk action in the app. To do this, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform the following actions: deleting, marking as read, archiving. A “Select All” option will also appear in the top right corner.
