  1. Show email address for the current Folder list at top of window...

    This feature used to be visible, but has disappeared from latest version of Android app. Please bring it back!
    If using the app to manage multiple email accounts, an icon is not sufficient - or quick - to know which email address Folders you are currently viewing!

  2. Bring back the email address you are currently viewing displayed at the top of the Folder list...

    Latest version of app no longer shows the email address you are currently viewing at the top of the Folder list, just a nondescript icon with the first letter of the email address. Not helpful if you use the app to manage multiple email accounts.

  3. Fix the rubbish folder issue causing all of the trash mail from the last four years to disappear but show emails from 2015 and earlier.

    This has literally been happening for years. So frustrating! If I refresh the trash nothing happens. Eventually they come back but I'm not sure how or what provokes them to reappear.

  4. when using a mouse can have the same feature as when using on windows. select text.

    now currently using mouse the u have to use like the touch screen feature. hold for few secs then use droplet to select text ... and cannot use ctrl+c and ctrl+v

  5. Revolutionary concept: what if the trash button actually deletes the email (in the Android app)? If you add that feature, I'd be happy.

    I don't know why you have the trash button in the app if it does nothing permanently. The same messages always pop back into the inbox the next day. My goal: to convince you that the trash button should be functional, by default, in the Android app. I've noticed many online comments from others with the same problem that I have, and they have suggested various clunky work-arounds that work for some people but not others. In brief, I'd like you to add a feature linking the button that looks like a trash can to the action of moving that…

  6. Auto replies/holiday folder

    Auto create a holiday folder so when you have auto replies switched on you have an option tick box to create a holiday folder. any emails you receive during that auto reply time will go into a dedicated folder. When you then return from leave you can work through these rather than have the whole of you inbox full you can dip in an out of this separate folder when you have a spare minute. The folder could also link back the name to the time period of the auto reply so you could also reference back to emails that…

    It is currently already possible to set an out of office message in the app for Exchange and Office 365 account.

    To setup out of the office replies, tap settings > tap your Office365 or Exchange account > tap Automatic Replies > toggle the switch on. 

    You can choose:

    1.) Reply to everyone

    2.) Reply only to my organization

    You can also set up a different messages for your organization and external senders.

    Tap done once you have set up your automatic reply.

  9. the page view still goes to the bottom when you move the cursor to the middle of a Composing email!!

    MS Outlook has know for months, say they fixed it, but then why does it still happen!?

    It is currently already possible to select multiple emails at once. To do so, long press on an email until a checkmark appears at the left of it. Once you’ve selected multiple emails, you’ll then be able to perform mov actions on them, like moving, deleting, marking as read/unread, archiving… A “Select All” option will also appear in the top right corner.

  14. Parity with Windows Outlook

    Is it an option to request for features that have existed on Windows for a long time but have seemingly been removed deleberately since it would remind people about the Windows?

    Following two are dear to me:
    - ability to leave emails as unread after viewing them
    - display thread with newest on top

  16. Bug in Outlook Email

    I installed Outlook and office in my Android phone. I realized there are synchronization issue with outlook mail. I could read the new email in notification but it doesn't appear in the inbox. I get to open it on my desktop if I waant to access it. Then I I tried Uninstalling it. Although it doesn't show up in app list in setting, but it could not get removed from Gallery app. Trying Uninstalling from Gallery, gives a message that system app can't be removed.
