  1. Calendar widget formatting and Quick Actions

If you look at calendar widgets like digical in Android they provide great features to enhance user experience and usability. current outlook calendar widget is too buggy. There are no quick actions like snooze dismiss for calendar reminders. This is much needed feature for us to confidently use outlook calendar and widget.

  3. a "First 4-day week" option for Outlook Android

    From Microsoft-Support:
    Hi,
I have found the reason for this.
On desktop Outlook, there is a "First 4-day week" option, where you can select the "First week of year".
Unfortunately, there's no option on the app to choose this that's why the week number cannot be changed. We're very sorry about that.
Please know that the app is a work in progress, and new features are constantly getting added. Feel free to forward this as a suggestion directly to our Development team by going to the app's Settings > Help & Feedback > Suggest a Feature.

    We sincerely apologize if…

  5. Dismissing a calendar notification from Android notification tray should not dismiss the event reminder in Exchange!

The problem is that, on Android when I dismiss an Outlook calendar event reminder from the notification tray, that removes the reminder from the event in Exchange. This is crazy behavior that causes people to miss meetings! I can't think of any other Android app where dismissing a notification from the tray actually changes data in whatever account.

This behavior seems to have changed some months ago and it finally occurred to me why my event reminders were mysteriously and consistently disappearing on my desktop. When people dismiss an Outlook calendar notification from their notification tray, the expectation is that…

  10. Outlook Calendar development for Teams meeting planning with links

When planning in calendar a meeting there should be an option to add it to teams, to add teams links of account you operate in.

  11. The Calendar is in Landscape-Mode very incomprehensible, because of the to big Top & Bottom Bars. 3h are not enough for a good Overview.

In Landscape-Mode are the Top and bottom Bars to big for a good overview of the Day. I can only see 3h, and I need to scroll up and down to see what's going on. I'm also missing the Vertical lines between the days, if I swipe sideways I can't see how fast I'm skipping the days.

  12. Add Hold+Slide appointment moves. Google allows touch-hold-slide moves, but Outlook Mobile requires 8 touches to move an appointment. 😳8?

I use Google and Outlook calendars on Android. Google allows me to touch-hold-slide appointments from one time to another. Outlook does not, requiring a minimum of 8 touches to move appointments. As a Producer with 6 to 12 meetings a day, that's A LOT of touches😳. Too many. Touch-hold-slide
    ... DONE!😊

  14. give the possibility to disable "end of the meeting" notifications.

I like to reduce notification spam at a minimum, with only the important one to pop up. a meeting is about to start? That's important because I want to be able to join on time. A meeting ended (according to an arbitrary imposed length of time)? I know. I am at the meeting. If it ended or not, I know it already, no need for the phone to tell me.

  15. Make Outlook mail, persons and agenda running in Android without needing any 'native app's' just Outlook, nothing else needed!

I want only Outlook for my emails but also for my Agenda and contacts, in Outlook Persons.

  16. Add a temp hold in the calendar when a user has declined & proposed a new time for a meeting. The proposal now goes into never-never land.

As the recipient of a calendar invitation, when I decline and propose a new time, the invitation goes back to the organiser and there is no record in the attendees calendar of the time they proposed. For an executive assistant, this means a lot of double work to create an extra appointment as a hold in place of the proposed time to ensure no double bookings.

If Outlook calendar could automatically add a temp appt in the calendar when a user has declined & proposed a new time for a meeting that would be amazing.
