  1. Enhance the support dialog

The support dialog is great, but the text input field at the bottom should expand vertically as the amount of text increases. It's hard to review a multi-line submission with the text field as it is.

Furthermore, there should be a hotkey to send the entry in the text input field (e.g. Command-Enter). Having to switch to the mouse or trackpad slows things down.

  3. Don't remember Category of last Calendar item selected when creating new items

I use the click and drag method all day, every day to create appointments on my calendar. I also use categories to track important things about these appointments. Outlook is remembering the Category of the last Calendar item I clicked on and using that for any new item I create using click and drag. I can see where this could be useful. For me it causes a lot of issues, as I have to go back and constantly take away categories from new items. Rarely is the new item categorized the same as the last item I clicked on.

    Perhaps…

  4. Make the panel size of Tasks resizeable

Can't resize the left panel to see all the five icons [Email, Calendar, Tasks, Notes, Contacts]

  5. Folder Pane to have capability to slide in/out in FSV and Split View

Would be nice to have user option to allow the folder pane to slide in/out aka show/hide so as to utilize the screen space for mails and reading pane, especially in the split view
