Stop adding periods at the end of what you think are sentences. This is rude, ridiculous, and gets in the way of technical communications.

If you must keep it, let me turn it off in your preferences.

Enable me to import all details from a (nondigital) email signature into Outlook
I know I can import a vcard but I'd love to be able to import any email signature to my contacts, including every detail that the signature contains. Would save me SO much time, not to mention ensure I actually save new contacts because it would be so easy.

Allow me to add a new folder while keeping the preview pane open
I create new folders daily and it would be helpful if the preview pane stays as is while creating a new folder, instead of going blank.

Add ability to see members of O365 Groups
Currently, Outlook for Mac only lets you see the members of distribution lists, when hoevering over the list name while composing or reading an email. O365 groups do not show members at all, which is frustrating when Microsoft is trying to encourage the use of Groups vs. old school email DL's.

Issue with the "+*** more" function in the recipient details of an email
After the most recent update, when I click on the "+*** more" in the recipient details above a message with over 100 or so recipients, the upper part of the Outlook window goes a-wire. Essentially, the list of recipients expands but at the same time the top of the window gets mixed up as if it was expanded with the list. This mixed up window is only fixed by a restart of the Outlook application (hiding the recipients does not fix it). Seems to be some kind of bug.
